The Change
The idea for this making-of has a very banal story. The change of a wig. From the short hair look to the curly long hair look. Granted, the inspiration for the title has other reasons as well. And I will not tell you here. A visual story may always remain a bit mysterious. Ok, at least photographic, "The Change" is also based on the extreme lighting conditions of this shoot. And so the circle closes.
The contrasting sunlight in the afternoon was the perfect source to play with light and shadow. You know, who understands the light understands the universe. In any case, the scientists see it that way. The location then did its part. The arcades in the Jardin du Palais Royal in the heart of Paris were a magnificent backdrop to celebrate the play of light and shadow. The result is an expressive series of black and white fashion images.
